Our name is LaFinestra - the beauty of old - and we are two: Karla and Emanuela. The name translated from Italian means The Window.
We believe that in different times in life we are exposed to unique opportunities an this is ours! WE both share the love and the joy of discovering the wonderful vintage and antique treasures of the past. Too often in our modern world of automated production and low cost, beauty and elegance are sacrificed.
In our shop (booth) everyone can find very beautiful itmes at reasonable prices. We will be thrilled if you would come to visit and we could meet you!
KAREN'S KLOSET
Welcome to Karen’s Kloset, two distinct areas in the mall. Think of my back booth as a closet full of fun things to look at and wear. I especially like the vintage clothes that are timeless and can be easily worn today. You will also find a large selection of purses, shoes and other accessories. This boutique is up three stairs in the back left corner of the main floor. My other “Kloset” is also on the main floor and is eclectic in nature…vintage housewares, small furniture pieces, vintage books, and other collectibles primarily from the 50’s through the 70’s. I especially love the variety of lighting fixtures that was prevalent in the early to mid 20th century and often have unique pieces at very affordable prices. Hello. My name is Ralph, and my hobby is buying and selling art. I invite you to visit my booth, upstairs in the back corner on the left (as you mount the stairs). There you will find a number of pieces of beautiful art, including some by listed artists, all reasonably priced. I’m currently offering a beautiful lithograph by Bernard Buffet, and an original oil by David Pelbam. That piece is priced at under $100; if you will check eBay, you will find similar pieces by Pelbam in the hundred’s. I’ll be adding more art as time goes by, so please visit often. --Ralph

THE CABBAGE ROSE
Cabbage Rose is not only a lover of tea and all its accoutrements, but a history buff that enjoys gettting involved in civil war reenactments. You will find ladies vintage hats, and reconstructed period clothing made to specifications. Lovely hankie bonnets are beautifully displayed and ready for that special newborn on your gift list.
